Through the study of holistic medicine I have recognized the absolute importance of starting life from a healthy, secure, nourished place. This is a place we can only give our child if we, ourselves are feeling healthy, secure, and nourished. That's why it is my job as your postpartum doula to offer this space to you. Services include: Emotional Support- •Moral support as you process your birth experience •Ensuring you are thriving in the transition •Encouraging and empowering your ability as a caregiver •Addressing your concerns and worries Physical Support- •Light house cleaning •Laundry and dishes •Light meal preparation •Baby care for a nap or shower •Sibling Care Informational Support- •Lactation consulting and troubleshooting •Newborn care •General baby health (is this normal?) •Referrals if you need professional help of any kind
